Thornfield Plumbing started in 2003 when Gary Thornfield decided the Ballarat plumbing market needed something it was missing — a tradesperson who showed up on time, explained what was wrong in plain English, and charged fairly for the work. Gary had spent years watching homeowners get handed invoices they didn't understand for work they couldn't verify. He wanted to do it differently.
Over two decades later, Thornfield Plumbing has grown to a team of six licensed plumbers, all working to the same standard Gary set from day one. The business is still family-owned, still based in Ballarat, and still run on the same principle: treat people's homes the way you'd want yours treated.
